Navigata Launches VoIP Service.

Vancouver - April 20, 2004 — Navigata today announced the launch of WebCall by Navigata, a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) application that allows you to make telephone calls over a high speed Internet connection using a traditional phone or a computer instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. WebCall by Navigata will initially be launched in Victoria, Vancouver, Abbotsford, Prince George, Kamloops, Kelowna, Calgary and Edmonton.

Additional locations in Western Canada will be added in the near future including: Nanaimo, Kitimat, Terrace, Vernon, Nelson, Whistler, Squamish, Red Deer, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Canmore, and Banff.

The service, which runs on Nortel Networks Multimedia Communication Server (MCS) 5200 platform, will allow high speed internet customers from anywhere in Canada to select a phone number from any WebCall location, a set of enhanced features and a long distance package.
